About Me

As a working professional with over 17 years of experience in Contact Center Management and Business Consulting, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and skills that have allowed me to excel in my field. Throughout my career, I have also accumulated 5 years of Project Management experience and 2 years of Product Management experience.

My passion for Scrum, Agile, Kanban, and Lean methodologies has driven me to develop a deep understanding of these practices. As a result, I have honed my skills in requirements elicitation, project planning, designing project roadmaps, defining project timelines, and more. I take pride in being recognized as a true leader all these years by various teams that I have headed.

One of the things that I am most proud of is my ability to share my knowledge with others. I firmly believe in the importance of mentorship and strive to help those around me grow and succeed. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of individuals from different backgrounds, and I have found that each person has something unique to offer.
